Frequently Asked Questions
Depending on the shipping option you chose at checkout, your order will be processed within 24-72 hours. After your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming that your order has been shipped. This email and/or text will also contain your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update. All items will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-5 business days for order to arrive in the US and 7-10 international.
Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. When your order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@basixnewyork.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
